Priorities as a GGG family member...

  • Sign up for our emails. This is located at the bottom of our website. Signing up for emails is different then creating an account. Make sure you do BOTH to earn points and receive promo emails!
  • Create an account. You have to be signed into your account while placing an order in order to earn your points. We will not adjust the points on your account once an order has been placed. 
  • Always check out with your email address and not your phone number.
  • All of our glitter is bagged in 2oz bags, unless stated otherwise in the description for the glitter. 
  • All the glitter is polyester. 
  • ALWAYS HAVE FUN AND SMILE! 

Sales, Coupons, Rewards

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL
  • We run a Flash Sale Friday, SOME Fridays starting at 12pm EST no code needed. If you purchase glitter the day of a sale before a sale starts, we are unable to refund you the difference of the price you paid vs. the sale price. 
  • All first time orders, we offer a one time code, Welcome10 for 10% off your order. This cannot be combined with a sale and cannot be applied to your order after you place it. 
  • Rewards are earned, 2 points for every $1.00 spent. You have to be signed into your account to get the points for the order! When redeeming reward points, they cannot be combined with any sale or other coupon codes. 

Cancel, edit or combining orders

  • Once an order is placed we cannot cancel or edit the order, please do not email asking to add onto the order or cancel we will not do this.
  • If you place multiple orders we will ship them all separate, we will not combine your orders. 
  • If you refuse the package or the package is sent back to us due to an incorrect address or missing unit number, a refund will be given minus a 10% restock fee and shipping will not be refunded. 

Shipping 

  • First Class packages have NO insurance and will NOT be replaced if damaged/lost/stolen. Make sure to add Route shipping insurance if your package is coming First Class.
  • Our processing time frame is 5-7 Business Days - May change during busy sales or Holidays please make sure to read banner at top of page for current processing times. 
  • In addition to our processing time once the package is handed over to the carrier it will be an additional 1-7 business days for you to receive your package.  
  • Please make sure your address is complete. If your address is incomplete or incorrect you will be reasonable for the package should it be delivered to a wrong address, or if it is sent back to us. If we receive your package back due to an incorrect address you will receive an email with an option to refund minus your original shipping cost or have the package shipped back out to you with the correct address and you will be required to pay shipping again.  It is very important that you make sure your address is correct and complete including an apartment number if needed. 

Returns
We do not accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


Refunds and/or exchanges will NOT be offered for any reason. If you email requesting the order to be changed, cancelled or refunded and we make an exception there will be a $10 fee assessed to your invoice.
